Yeah... it's a fucking dismal setting, let's be real.
Very fucking bad idea to resign yourself to being trapped in that thing.
And they paid money to be there.
It's wild.
Not likely I'd get in the damn thing to save my life, to be honest with you...
At a certain point, it's just better to die.
Ironic and bizarre observation, sure, but I am just being real.
The best case scenario is that it's afloat somewhere. Still can't imagine they'd have a lot of luck finding it in time even if it was. Even if they were on the surface they probably wouldn't be able to get out, and if they did get out, they'd be in the middle of the coldass North Atlantic with no flotation devices. Hard to say whether they'd even be able to get out of the floating sub before it capsized even if they could get the door open. 6 ft. waves currently apparently... I doubt the thing is even that tall.
When you have a macabre obsession with something that requires you to get into this retarded situation just to go and look at it... you have a problem. I include James Cameron in this assessment, but it should be no surprise that there's something wrong with that guy.
It's called the Titan...
Facepalm. Lol, I mean.
Just wow. But...
Hey, I don't wanna be all judgemental of dead people.
They really should not have offered these "missions" to the public in the first place.
Just a terrible idea all the way around, with equally terrible motivations at the core.
Lookner is hungry and he's going to grab a bite to eat and then get back to the story.
You really gotta admire that sumbitch's dedication.
He's something else.
