The cravings become very specific and honed in.
A couple months ago I ate some shellfish, I had some smoked oysters. I immediately felt like shit afterward.
Not too long after that, I came across the blood type diet and sure enough, shellfish is on the list of foods I shouldn't eat because they are "disruptive" to my system and digest poorly.
