Yeah see I think that is way closer to an answer for this than the 'paranoia' label...
I did some searches and all I came up with was a bunch of 'paranoia' labels and no direct descriptions of the phenomenon I'm talking about.
What I'm talking about is different than the common paranoia delusion that people are talking about you behind your back, like in public, or that they're laughing at you, etc. That IS paranoia.
What I'm talking about is like this 'solipsism' where it honestly seems like people look at the world like EVERYTHING is personally relating to them.
And actually rather than being related to paranoia, it seems more closely related to the delusion among some schizophrenics where they believe that certain popstars are referencing them in their songs, or that certain movie characters have been inspired by them.
