And it's genuinely a mental illness when it's at the extreme end of the spectrum, so I am not trying to be an asshole and saying those people 'annoy' me...
I basically threw these two extremes together, and maybe I shouldn't have, but let's face it, they do come from the same place...
It's just that one is not so horribly out of balance with reality, and the other is completely out of balance.
