We REALLY ARE being spied on (smart devices, satellites, etc).
We REALLY ARE being poisoned (the food, and everything else, GMOs, etc).
So that is actually true these days, whereas like 100 years ago, it wasn't so true and would be a generally psychotic fear.
By knowing that we really are being spied on and poisoned, and taking steps to mitigate the damage from that...
We sort of 'adjust' the gauge of what would be a rational paranoid thought, and what would be an irrational paranoid thought.
