I'm dressed pretty today since I'm feeling the warm weather, I'm feeling zen and chill, so I was just walking along at an unusually slow pace for me...
There was nobody else around.
I get past the guy and he goes, "Wow."
I didn't turn around and look at him or anything...
I just kept floating along like I was passing through another dimension.
That's the second time I've had a guy do this...

If you wanna stop a chick and talk to her you really gotta be proactive about it and say something like, "HEY" which automatically elicits a response.
Otherwise it's just a statement.
You can't expect chicks to lock it up and turn around and be like "WHATCHU TALKIN' BOUT, WILLIS?!"
