You gotta live in it no matter what kind of nasty shit happens...
Mold in areas never exposed to light, all kinds of areas that never get cleaned, building materials soaking up AND emanating all kinds of toxicity...
Plus you just rot away in a house, and the perception of time is fast, which means whatever life you do have is shorter.
If you lived mobile, you’d have a new “house” every however many years and you’d never really experience stagnation.
