What do people who live in neighborhoods do with the bodies of their dead pets??

What do the cats tell you in response?

Hmmm...

Their story is sort of along the same lines as the one about the 'aliens' who engineered humans and then left us here...

It's somewhere in between "They're all dead" and/or "They don't care about us"...

But oddly one of the most common responses I get is that the cats here are tiny compared to the size they were when they started out. Even the 'big cats' are very small in comparison. The housecats are miniature, to put it nicely.

Everything is much much much smaller than it used to be.

I'm not saying they're so small that they don't matter anymore... I mean, if I was an alien-cat-person I would prettymuch still come back for them even if they were microscopic.
