Manufacture an emergency (ebola may or may not actually be occurring), then offer the solution... a vaccine which ACTUALLY carries disease. That's how they love to spread these deadly diseases... in vaccines. Same way they did with AIDS in Africa, same thing they did with syphilis in the US.

Because they know it's bullshit and it's being used for political reasons.
They used the ebola scare to move troops into all the "effected areas" in Africa last time, so I guess this is the next step in whatever sick plan they had.
