I think you CAN be vegan and healthy though. If you watch all your nutrients in chronometer and take a daily multi vit + vit D + B12 you can be healthier than average. The bigger problem is just how restrictive it is and how careful you have to be with your food instead of doing relaxed intuitive eating and enjoy whatever foods you want (in moderation obviously).
