As it stands now, if the north flow is actually strong enough to affect Dorian substantially, it'll pull it northerly for an impact around some area north of Titusville...
If it can't affect it that much then the hurricane will hit central Florida.
If it can't make a dent in it at all, then Dorian could make it over to the Gulf, but I see that as unlikely.
The north flow will probably pull Dorian northerly, but in my opinion nothing is going to spare the east coast of Florida from a direct hit by Dorian at least a category 3. Maybe cat. 2 if some kinda miracle happens.
