i had to cut down, if not totally cut out, the things on the list above. not because they were causing ED, but the exact opposite. black maca powder is some crazy shit. my dick was like a weeble... you could knock it over, but it would not stay down. i just wanted it for the nutrients, and the taste was quite good too.

the reason ED is getting so prevalent is for two reasons: sugars [and fake sugars] blowing out the nerve cells responsible for erections and ejaculation, and the mere idea of it from the commercials causing anxiety. there was study done on those commercials showing they actually add to ED. pretty sure it's some MKULTRA shit there.
