Yeah, definitely. I like the weightlifting and fitness community. I almost got a gym pass when I lived down in Phoenix. But I had other goals.

I don't really make any effort toward it, I like to dance though.
Gonna be getting more into fitness this summer, but not some kinda boring shit. I'd never go to the gym. The outdoors is the gym, and there are a lot of ways to work out that don't involve equipment.

Oh, that's cool. Yeah walking is the best exercise. Yeah any kind of activity is good, just doing stuff outdoors or around the house.

Not that there's anything wrong with that... But it's kinda strange. Is it some kinda "earthing" thing? Is it some kinda special EMF blocking tent contraption he's come up with? Man, I get bad vibes from it all. I halfway kinda think that believing there's a bunch of toxic shit around you and letting it worry you that much is potentially worse than the toxic shit itself. Mind over matter, and honestly, if he thinks the environment is that bad, he needs to get the fuck out of there. I'd move the whole operation somewhere else. If he's gotta keep taking care of his sister or something, then fucking bring her with him. I dunno if he's got some kinda martyr complex, or if he's just too loyal... But I think Frankie's in real danger of things ending badly if he doesn't make a serious change in life.

As long as you're not fat, you're not over eating, and you're trying to get the lymphatic system pumping several times per week, I think things are good. Beyond that, it's a matter of aesthetics. Or maybe you NEED certain parts of your body to be toned for some kinda specific reason... That's where targeted exercise comes in. I've got a few ideas about where I wanna go with that over the summer but... I'm not stressing because I try to live a generally healthy life and I think things are fine. Yeah, I've got some goals and a vision, but I'm not displeased with how things are.

It's almost as if Frankie does almost everything out of a sense of obligation, and it's just kind of dreadful.
That's not to imply that I don't think he genuinely cares about the things he devotes his time to... I'm sure that he cares a lot. I am just not sure that caring is gonna end up being the best option for him in life. Seems really depressing. He has no idea what's out there for him and how much different/better things can actually be.

Yeah, you just need a little bit of daily or regular exercise, that's about it. Unless, you want huge muscles. LOL. You have to work for that. Or just to get really toned, if you are a gal.

I'm not buying Frankie's reasoning for this tattoo. If he wanted to make the nipples look even, the tattoo artist could have literally tattooed them in. For real. That's a thing. It's cosmetic tattooing. This is just an excuse because he wanted those tattoos. Period. And *IF* Frankie's thinking legitimately honest to God ACTUALLY IS this fucked up and backward... The guy needs help and he needs it pretty darn quick because he's not right in the head.

Yeah the last time I went balls to the wall with dancing a couple years back, my ass totally disappeared and my legs were like... way smaller than they've ever been in my life, like they looked even weirder than when I've been sorta anorexic in the past. However I am very grateful that happened because it made me learn all about targeted exercise, what specific movements are targeting which parts of the body, and what to do (and not to do) if you want certain areas to look certain ways.
