That old recurring High School dream

Not that this comes anywhere near Trix's turkey baster dream, but here goes anyway....

Since as far back as I can remember, probably starting in my mid-twenties, I've had these
recurring dreams where I'm back in high school. And I'm whatever my current age is at the
time of the dream. And I realize that in the dream, questioning what the hell am I doing
back in high school? Especially because I've already got a GED. I actually did get my GED
when I was 17 because I was sick of school, had enough and wanted the fuck out.

Now, a few times, the dream would contain a similar theme: me not being able to find
my locker. And once I found it, forgetting my combination. Then there'd be the trek
back to the office to find these things out. 

But this latest installment didn't have me struggling with locker issues. It was weird. It 
ended up being like some weird job interview, where I was waiting my turn to be seen.

Anyhow, the overall questioning feeling I'm always left with in these dreams is: Why am I
back here again?? Obviously it points to my current incarnation and possibly my continued
incarnating that may be unnecessary. As in "you've already got enough 'whatever' to be
past this level, why come back?" Hmmm.....

School is indoctrination.

It's not even natural.

Kids are ripped away from their families to be sent to indoctrination camps every single day for their entire childhood.

It's a total thievery of what should be a carefree time in life, which is a grave offense.

That is my genuine explanation of your dream.
