It's um, fucking good.
It's just shredded cabbage with a chopped carrot, salt/pepper, parsley and basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
It's the first time I've made it and I'm loving it.
It's crazy good.

I've never really eaten cabbage raw all that much...
Like aside from coleslaw and whatnot.
But this is just basically plain.
So that's the difference.
It's amazing honestly.

Cabbage is very sulphur rich and I do feel as though this is a benefit of eating it...
We do need sulfur and may not get enough of it.
Raw is about the only way I can stand to eat cabbage. It smells like a paper mill when it's boiled.
cabbage is really underestimated and unloved like spinach
prolly very good for us , just gotta know right way to eat it
