And I actually just acquired some Triscuits...
I like them because they're one of the most unique as far as taste...
Salty crispy goodness...
I'm actually choosing Triscuits to be my snack of choice now since they've got a little bit of fiber, which crackers alone lack.
My cracker collection is lit at the moment though, rocking the Club crackers, Ritz, etc.
I'm pleased.

Steve MRE has a hardtack cracker from 1863 that he eats. That’s pretty crazy a 157 year old cracker.
Though I guess since it was a few years ago it’s technically 153 years old, yum!
I just bought some triscuits the other day too, great minds!

Are goldfish considered crackers?
I love those cheez-it crackers. I think crackers and cheese go good together, always.

Goldfish are never cheesy enough for me though.
I prefer the flavor of Cheez-It.

The deliciousness of a fresh Ritz cracker is unparalleled.

I made smoked salmon today.
I usually use Old Bay, but Walmart was out of it yesterday. Of all of the things to be out of, right? The way these shortages work out is fucking stupid. They have spaghetti sauce but no spaghetti for weeks. Then, when they finally have spaghetti, there's no sauce. Don't people buy the two together? I mean just because I can make marinara from scratch doesn't mean I have all day to do it.
But I digress.
I got to hunting around the spice aisle for something to use in place of my old standby, the aforementioned Old Bay. I didn't want any kind of seasoned salt. I wasn't particularly wanting a steak or barbecue rub either, although a Montreal rub probably would've worked in a pinch. Eventually, my eyes fell upon this unassuming little packet that read "PERFECT FOR FISH" in big letters:

I thought it was a little pricey for what it was (just over half an ounce of organic spices), but I decided to give it a try. I think it will be my go-to seasoning for salmon from now on. Except I'll eventually make my own because it'll be cheaper. I don't really care if the spices are organic and imported from the Netherlands. I got other shit to worry about.

I don't think there are words for the epicness this encompasses.

Oh baby you splurged!!!
But indeed, home made is always better anyway.
I have gotten inspiration for a lot of dishes and seasoning combos etc. by first buying them from the store pre-made. It's one way to learn!

I mean if they didn't want me to steal the recipe, why did they print the ingredients on the label?

This article claims crackers were invented in 1790s New England.
I feel as though crackers must have been around much longer than that. I would think some unleavened bread constitutes as a cracker if it's thin enough.

I made a snack haul after work today.
I like to snack while I'm lying around watching ThemTube or fapping to cam girls or whatever. Last night, I was jonesin' for crackers and cookies something fierce, but I didn't have any in the house.
So I rectified that deplorable situation today and got:
Chicken in a Biskit crackers
Club crackers
Chips Ahoy original
mountain trail mix
smoked almonds
@ 30 sec I hate struggling and watching people struggle with those bags , I now always use scissors ...packaging is hell these days
checkin it out with the Chinese chicken ...
