According to the #2019nCoV wiki page — which I am finding very fast & accurate, tell me if I'm wrong — the death toll is up to 57, all in China.
15 countries outside of mainland China have reported 45. cases. Canada and Turkey joined the list.

NEW: Ezhou, a city of 1 million which has been on a partial lockdown, has now been put on a full lockdown

Ezhou gov't:
- Roads to/from the city closed
- All private vehicles are banned from city center
- Marriages, birthdays, and other private gatherings are banned
- All internet cafes and entertainment venues closed
- Funerals cannot exceed 3 days, close family only, 20 people max

The Ezhou government's statement also says bodies will be 'sent for cremation.' It's unclear if that means cremation is mandatory.
