Your stomach has its own nervous system and you need to slow down and be super respectful of that lest you suffer dire consequences.

I started working out rather than laying down though so there's that.

Do you wait until you get extra hungry before you eat? I do that sometimes.
I hate going grocery shopping when I'm hungry because it'll make me buy stuff I wouldn't otherwise.

I'll sometimes eat a piece of toast for breakfast (LOL or whatever) and sometimes have a few crackers in the hours before dinner...
Whenever I start hearing the stomach growl and start feeling any aggravation, I'll eat a couple Ritz crackers or Triscuits.

it's great getting extra hungry then over full. i do that almost every day.
I do this too but not on purpose only cos busy. We really should not do this. Intermittent fasting is good meaning you only eat during an 8 hour period then do not eat until the 16 is up. Based on what physical exercise you are doing in that time be it physical work, sitting, gym et al. But not have regular meals then scoffing it gives me a food coma like im on drugs or some shit. Someone once said I think it was my nose that talks to my ears, one should have several 6 little meals during the day, packed with the right protein carbs nutrients, dependent on what physical exercise they are doing. Need to eat to get more energy not less. Caffeine addicts excluded of course as they are addicts.
