I heard a beep inside my head...

It's not the first time something similar has happened.

It sounded like a keypad button beep.

There's nothing around that could have made the sound.

Relax. It's just the cabal dialing into your brain to update your firmware.

On a serious note,
Look up Microwave Hearing.

Clicks, beeps, buzzing, or 'ringing in the ears'. ( all known as 'tinnitus' ) until now. I have the ringing in the ears sound. The sounds heard are not actually in the ears but in the head. Has been known for some time/years, this phenomenon has increased with 5G, but as I said goes back further than that.

Governments used microwaves to spy on foreign embassies back in the day. They would put metal tubes in the walls that vibrated when people inside the building talked. The vibrating tubes would modulate microwaves bounced off the building from the outside.

Nah its not that, I also got a similar thing whilst on the other site whilst sleeping next to a TV which was on but turned down.
Was like it was using my sleeping brain as some kind of transmitter and it got jacked into the RF frequency it was using.
They were playing with my brain using it.
Was very strange I never slept next to a TV again.
