I happened across this info randomly one day not too long ago...
I have a lot of empathy for people who are prone to migraines, and I think there are a lot of reasons why people get migraines, that of course western medicine never talks about. I always recommend studying the topic under a Traditional Chinese Medicine infobase. Any search engine will do, but just learn about it and see if any of the info is beneficial.
Anyways, on Instagram I read this comment from a lady who said she found a medicine that really works for her. She didn't share the name, so I asked her and I'm glad she responded. She said she injects this medication monthly. I thought it was very interesting and I'd never heard of such a thing.
Here's some info on it:

I recommend lengthy head/scalp/face/neck massages when it comes to migraines or any bad headache.
Best to lay down in total darkness and massage the entire head little by little.
It should feel sensual...
The idea is reorganizing energy, resetting yourself.
There are probably a lot of mental reasons for migraines, could be things consciously suppressed that have no other way to come out than through the body (which often manifests as pain or other disorders somewhere).
But I think there is a lot of benefit to studying what eastern medicine says about it, as there are other parts of the body which are linked to various other parts of the body.

I want to make it clear that I do not like the pharmaceutical industry, or the medical industrial complex as a whole.
But I do always encourage people to get the help they need.
I think it's always best to try out natural remedies and other non-pharmaceutical approaches, but if all else fails...
Just take the meds, that's how I feel about it.
I read the title and thought it said "margarine sufferers."

Yeah, if it comes down to it, sometimes antibiotics and pain killers are a necessary evil.

When I was like 24, like 20 years ago, I had headaches. Probably from getting blind drunk all the time lol
But, I went to this neurologist and he prescribed me these meds. But they made you constantly want to eat food like more than usual.
So I only took them for a few days and realized he was right like I wanted to eat 20 pizzas a day it was fucked.
So I never ended up paying him his $120 consultation fee cos I thought he was a useless cunt.
End of true story.

Like Mister Obvious said, people can die from negative emotions which cause cancer and disease. Bad stress unnecessarily endured without good cause.
I used to have these types of headaches as a boy. I believe it was physiological in the sense I felt them but it was the mind which created them.
I'd remember lying down with a wet rag on my head, it pounding and throbbing and I was miserable disabled temporarily.
They were manifested.
Most things seem to be side effects of the mind, the East believes this very much so in their approach to healing.
This is also part of shamanic culture and very old and I'm sure there's a thread about it here.
Curing using alternative methods as the "business of health care" has to follow a business model and can't stray
the path with emotions committing to actually "caring" in health care sometimes.
Nothing personal, it's just business when they hand you some toxic shit. Maybe it's necessary for some at the
time if they're fully in an emergency but persistent things sometimes are manifestations.
You can think/process things away through the same way they came in in some cases.
Medicine need a new model that includes a fusion of western and eastern approaches to maladies.
This will require the abandonment of some traditional methods which are purely profit driven.
