Its very rare to die from eating fish with parasites, like that guys xray with them in his lungs.
That is pretty rare. Even that chick with the huge one in her brain, very rare.
But parasites, even ticks are a real things, but we have stuff even 2000 years ago to deal with them.
And who are we to say the parasites are bad? Many help us.
