I have not, at least I don't recall. I often try to focus on my hands before sleeping if I am trying to lucid dream, so that if I happen to see my hands in a dream I can connect to a level of conscious thought. I now cannot even imagine how fun trying to masturbate in a lucid dream would be.

i've only ever had a few dreams with sexual content, and none of them were very experiential, they were more matter of fact.

my dreamstates are very much like my entheogenic states in which sexuality is just silly and irrelevant.
