I prefer eating all the leftovers cold.

Pizza and KFC taste really good the next day out of the fridge.

I like to make big pots of stuff and leave it sitting on the stove to reheat the next day. Sometimes even the day after that. The flavor transitions from one day to the next keep it interesting.

My last three meals have been spaghetti...

And now I'm about to have it again.

It's the same batch of spaghetti though, I just made a lot!

When I make spaghetti, I like to make extra extra.

I eat it for a few days or so.

It's my favorite food, so many ways to make it, so many different kinds of spaghetti.

This batch has a ton of mushrooms, green/red peppers, onions, and it's got turnip greens.

Typically I just put spinach in the sauce, but I had more turnip greens than anything else so I used those instead.

One cannot simply chow down on a plate of spaghetti with no fiber whatsoever, it's just not healthy.

The peppers and the shrooms and the greens take it absolutely over the top into spaghetti paradise.

I always add canned turnip greens to my pasta dishes. They go so well with so many things.
