Exploring America with Nick Johnson: The Good, The Bad, and The Fat

Quote:You get the straight truth about cities and states across the US. This is kind of a socio-geographical-political perspective on what's wrong and right about the United States. I also consult on where you should move. Email me:

I dunno if he's an actual real estate agent or if he's just a DIY consultant.

Pretty brilliant if he's just funneling "consultations" to himself with his successful widely viewed videos and large audience.

There are a ton of real estate agent channels out there who try to give the truth about the local perspective re: where they live and try to peddle houses.

Some of them ARE honest and do make great vids, but at the end of the day you gotta keep in mind they're gonna be biased.

Lol this guy just sounds like such a shitlord.

If he didn't have the lisp, I feel like it would hit different...

I don't think people would like him as much, lmao.

4:33 these places with a huge party culture and public partial nudity really freak me out.

I would have taken that cheapass classical guitar and busted it over that guy's fucking head.

Nick isn't your average attention seeking YouTuber going around asking dumb questions...

He puts A LOT of effort into his work and this guy barked up the wrong fucking tree.

What a fucking asshole, I bet his music sucks. If he can even play.

This shit is just gonna spread.

Really terrible.

It's all because of stupid laws and regulations.

The people "at the top" know exactly how it's all going to affect communities and the entire nation at large...

The whole thing is a giant experiment.

America... the biggest experiment in history.

Well, I mean...

In recorded history at least.

That whole Mongol Empire thingy was a pretty big one too though.

7:11 he says they were talking about filling San Bernardino in with a big lake...

I Google'd it and the plans are apparently called "Downtown San Bernardino Lake Projects Advance"...

Quote:A 44-acre lake, parks, 72 houses and 12 acres of commercial development would replace the existing neighborhood.

Reminds me of the mud flood theory about past civilizations and buried buildings...

I actually think Nick has one of the best channels on YouTube... at least as it pertains to his niche, whatever that is.
