I don't know how belgian values compare to american ones, I tend to live by my own values, they're easier to stay aware of, I can tell you belgians are really unpatriotic unlike americans, so hmm feel free to make as many assumptions as you want about belgium, it wont have much effect on me either, but perhaps you could make an assumption about that, feel free to do so

Well I will tell you what.. I don't "not" say anything because someone is an ass hole. If they are being an asshole to or about my freinds or associations I say something about it. And I am usually tactful and nice about it. Like I was here. But then when they turn their attack on me I don't back down. But up until now I thought this was basically a nice space where even the most unconventional ideas are being shared. But it would seem it is only nice until you share or defend something Elaine(IT) don't agree with. Then everyone has to shut up so they don't get caught up in two days of it's obsessive multiple insulting condescending attacks. I guess maybe the "newcomer" should leave and let you have at "it". And if "It" is what people have to bow down to and put up with if "It" don't like the conversation or choice of words, It's a wonder anyone would even share anything.

Some characters go through cycles and are more hospitable at some times than other times.
It's a discussion forum, it's not a "safe space". Elaine may not be the sweetest grape in the bunch but I don't get that 'ticking timebomb' feel either.
Elaine is a 'skirter'. It's actually a fine art.
I dunno babe. If you don't like it and you can't take it, it's okay... the discussion forum platform isn't for everybody.
I don't see this little squabble between you two as an 'end all, be all'... like I said, it's pretty tame. Nothing to write home about. Certainly nothing to bar the gates over for anyone involved.
Maybe I'm jaded... I've been doing this discussion forum thing for like 15 years, along with most other people who post here (I assume), and it takes a lot for me to be offended or care at all. I would assume it is much the same for my other seasoned forum patrons. After so long, you either have a funny one-liner for an every-day asshole, or you don't make it far enough to get to that point of mastery.

But it turns out that the woman everyone has had to hold their tongue for and take BS from isn't a woman at all. It isn't even a trans or gay. Oh and to answer another question. Yes i have been on forums since my first computer in 1999. It had Windows 95 on it and my dial up was slow as crap and all there was back then were forums. I have been on theological forums, historical forums, social/psychological forums and obviously political forums for 18 years. And I have never seen anything like this guy before. The whole reality of this guy and his demeanor and deception here is without words. And that everyone has to just hold their tongue to avoid conflict. Sounds to me a lot like a domestic abuse scenario. But then again, LOL it is a woman after all. lol I laugh because i think of the dude that hides behind being a woman. It just cracks me up. lol anyway. yes i have known forums and members don't have to put up with assholes like that. :)

Yeah forums can be a mixed bag...
Typically they are pretty strict now that I think about it. And boring as fuck, particularly those geared toward specific subjects. So I guess it was pointless to mention. I have to keep in mind...
