This girl is very personable and relatable. She worked at Sephora but shopped at Ulta for her "drug store makeup" videos because Sephora doesn't sell budget brands. She quit Sephora even though she liked the job for the most part because (surprise, surprise) it turned out to be like every other retail job in America. lol

I think we need to make it clear for young people who don't have much work experience because I see this a lot.

The negative points about your retail job aren't specific to that one company. It's every retail job.

Things will not be better at the next retail job.

The only way out is to get a 9 to 5 desk job that does not involve selling.

That rules out tech support. You still have to sell shit. In any kind of customer service job, you'll probably have to sell shit. You'll have quotas for the amount of shit you have to sell. You'll have quotas on how much time you spend helping each customer.

Learn a professional skill. Sure, those kinds of jobs entail their own brand of bullshit, but at least they pay enough to make it worthwhile.

She has body dysphoria. From the parts of her body you can see on camera - shoulders, breastbone, a little cleavage - she looks pretty darned hot. And she's as pretty as can be when she does her makeup. I hope she can overcome her insecurity and quit giving a shit what other people think.
