You have to be willing to lose everything in life...

That's the nature of life, just pure and total loss.

The more you hold onto it, the harder it is...

Just let it all go and evolve/adapt.

With loss and acceptance of loss comes adaptability and refinement.

You'll do it better than ever each time because you've worked that muscle.

We all die, nothing belongs to us.

There's freedom in loss, particularly of materials, or even things that we proudly dedicate time to.

It will all eventually rot away and be lost to history no matter what.

This is the nature of reality, these are the cycles of birth/death/rebirth.

All things must pass... look within, not without.

It's all inside you.

It was sort of like being entrapped in a really heavy grey cloud that's crushing your entire body but also flows over and through it, making you experience your entire body differently til you lose sense of it being the thing that ties you to this earth or reality as we perceive it, the colour grey was very distinct but now that i think about it, it may've been more like a white energy flowing inside of a black energy creating a grey impression, still was more a feeling of greyness than the actual perception of colour
