I think it's either fed up law enforcement, or somebody who has access by way of an Odin's Eye type deal.

i reckon, in this instance, it'd be mid level people that, like you say, are fed up.

this one isn't the type of thing that really nails anyone, but it certainly is the type of thing that basically implies much more than this crumb could be released. it shows the framework of a network that could be correlated or further researched.

of course, it's impossible to tell if it's been manipulated to add or exclude any particular parties.

hackers would find something hilarious to release and do it for the lulz. i've no doubt there'd be a plethora of content on that laptop for that purpose.
