Ah man I'm an Elliot Rodger expert and I don't see that in their physicality...
David is quite tall (compared to Elliot), and Elliot was known for being not short, but certainly not what anyone would class as tall. What you are seeing re: their similarities is very deeply rooted in their psychology... Both are sociopaths and like the Bombard Body Language woman said, David basically looks like a psychopath.
