Remember the episode of Rockford Files where they re-edited a two-parter and had him driving two different models of Camaro in the same episode?

Well the best ones were the 70s ones. Then they did "specials" throughout the 80s and I think even into the 90s. They'd do like a few episodes a year. He was older then and a little different.
