'Targeted individuals' are always talking about being the victims of attacks by microwave and sonic weaponry. There are videos about it on YouTube. 

This is a very public admission of this type of weaponry being in use.

I never believed much in the targeted individual thing I thought it was just them suffering stress from there being to many people and people becoming more selfish n shit.
But this puts some legitimacy to the theory.
