He obviously has family ties to the elite, my guess would be on the middle eastern side. I haven't looked into his lineage so I don't know.

So basically they're using him with his emotionally stirring spoken word "music" messages to capitalize on the popularized trend of mysticism (particularly on the internet) to sway public opinion for political gain.
They're using him for the BIG games though... EU censorship of the internet.

I read someone say once that you know the "agents" by whether or not their parents are listed on their Wikipedia page, as many of even the most famous agents (celebrities etc.) don't have their parents listed, well... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prince_Ea

And let's be clear, you don't have to list your parents' full names, you can just call them "Cindy and Bob"...
They don't have to have their own pages to be listed in your Wiki or any of that bullshit. His own real full name is public info listed right on the Wikipedia. Not listing them isn't an attempt to protect their identities.
