That Greatest Hits album I've been listening to since I was a little kid, EVERY SINGLE SONG. PURE GOLD. Fucking epic, oh my God. I haven't heard this stuff in years, it's so nice to come across it again.

Well, actually, this was the one I bought, and I was more like 14 or 15 years old. I used to hear "Lonesome Loser" on my stepmom's alarm clock radio every morning when I was eleven.

I know Little River Band personally makes my heart OVERFLOW with nostalgia and tender memories of early life. 'Reminiscing' is obvious the quintessential nostalgia song... And of course it's the one I've enjoyed singing the most and can probably sing the best. Teehee! But 'Man On Your Mind' is right up there with it for being the most played.

Did you listen to the Gerry Rafferty song? It's so much like "Cool Change" that it's hard to hear one song without being reminded of the other.

Honestly so far I am not noticing any similarities between the two. This is a great song for sure though. God the 70s were so fucking great. Agh, love it, love it so much.

I think any sorta similarities can only be chocked up to the era of time they were released.
