Of course they didn't want the people who lived in the areas targeted for land-grab to GET OUT. They'd just cause trouble for them later. They did this on purpose and it's vile. It will be a 15 minute city 10 years from now and this is their plan for every place they want to make into a 15 minute city. "BUILD BACK BETTER" WAS LITERAL.
