Metal wires are off the devil, I avoided them since when I started wearing bras. But most of the time I just hate the feeling of them, it's like a rope around under my tits. They want to bounce freely, it's the best, and they are perky like always :)

I put pantyliner in my jeans or yoga pants, that way I don't need to wash them after one use.

When it's hot I wear dresses. They are double layered (the skirt) and go to laundry after one day, because they're sweaty anyway.
