I think Zane is in a strange time right now. Probably best not to ask too much of him... Gotta do what he's gotta do. A man can only take so much pressure. That's why he ran away in the first place... Too much insurmountable pressure and trauma. I like to talk a whole lot of shit to him, but it's more like an intellectual vacation than anything else... I think he enjoys the whole exchange for the most part. I don't actually expect anything of him, he's got too much on his plate... I wouldn't advise you to expect anything of him, not to do what you say, or anything at all. He's been under too much stress for too long. He's going to do whatever he wants, or whatever he can, and just hopefully he will live through it all.

You can tell when he's in pain.
It probably hurts all the time to some degree, but there are a few times I've seen it hurt a lot worse than normal. He tells me nothing regarding any of this.
