I really appreciate the fact that Rich just lets his guests talk and doesn't really say shit.

He has a perfect balance of questions and letting the guest talk. Almost no interjection from him, but when he does talk, he steers things in an important direction.

On his FB, Rich said he's gained like 5 lbs. in a month from eating junk food...

And on one of his most recent videos, I was just thinking he was looking skinny. Like not TOO thin, but definitely looking less meaty.

He looks healthy and good... I don't think he really needs to "lose" whatever weight he gained, he just needs to turn it into muscle.

I think eating disorders come in a lot of forms, to keep it succinct, I don't want Rich pursuing some kinda diet lifestyle and lying to himself that it isn't just a fancy form of ED.
