7:18 there's a lot I could say about Sam's schizophrenia coping mechanism. For one thing, the originating episode could have inspired schizophrenics to cut themselves in an effort to discover relief. Of course it probably wouldn't work. But nevertheless, it's dangerous to put such a thing out there. That's all I'm gonna say about it. I think it's interesting, I won't totally invalidate the concept... I'd need more information. Regardless, there is never an acceptable reason to self-harm. So the delivery of the concept is flawed and irresponsible. Of course I'd expect no less from TV/hollywood.

Families dying over the decades, places burning down, etc. so on so forth.
