Just put it in there.
I just ate a good 1/4 of a can of corned beef, and I can definitively say I feel aliver than before.

It sounds so hot when you call it a facehole. nanarub

I ate some Vienna sausages last week. Might try Spam this week since I haven't had it in a long time.

EL FUNGSLINGBLADE

I could use some of that potted meat if ya got any extree Goaway

Ill be serious right, potted meat used to be shit, basically every bit of protein ground up whole cow pig chicken, cos of the second world war they had nothing to spare.
But now cans of spam are expensive, you can get turkey, chicken, pork spam. Its actually nice.
I know here in AU its quite pricey but it lasts a long time and is good to throw in your go bag just like tins of tuna.

Tuna is cheaper though and has less fat and more protein but gets boring.
They still have here in the supermarket shitty tins of potted beef, I tried one once omfg it tasted good, cos of salt and seasonings, but when I looked what was in it?
I almost puked. Beef tongues, liver, every bit of scrap. Way to much Salt.

Myself for protein you can't go past Sardines or Tuna in water.
You can go it in Brine (salt water) but the sodium is huge. In spring water a tin of Tuna has like 3 times the protein of a chicken breast.
And almost no fat only the good fish oil fat.

Spam was shit once its now like good its weird.
So after I concluded that I have a tuna allergy...

https://www.sectual.com/thread-18178.html

I started my quest to try different kinds of canned fish to see if there was anything else I'm allergic to.

I set my sights on sardines and today I had a can over some rice.

First of all, they were crazy good. These were just in water, I prefer it that way, I think having them in oil would be excessive.

I'd read that sardines are really salty but I didn't notice any such thing. They were really pretty mild.

I enjoyed the sort of 'whole' aspect... they chop off the heads and tails and it's just the whole fish.

I love the bones and stuff, the whole experience of eating sardines this way just seems really right.

So far I haven't had any adverse reactions. I think I'm all clear on the sardines, which is great news because they're like nature's multivitamin.

I'm gonna aim for having them 2 or 3 times a week.
Essentially my way of thinking is that it's best to just not really eat that much...

But what you do eat should be as nutritious as it can possibly be.

"Don't eat a lot... just eat the good stuff."

I think there's so much over eating in today's society because people are just...

Frankly so hurt/heartbroken/emotionally devastated over various things (you name it) in their lives and they eat to make the pain go away.
I ate a side of some particularly spicy lentil soup with it too though and now I can't stop burping up spicy hotness.

I'm paranoid since the whole tuna allergy debacle and I can't stand the thought of my sardine dreams falling through.

It's NOTHING on the level of the issues that tuna gives me, it's not even in the same universe as that shit, lol.

I know it's cuz of the spicyass lentil soup.

When I have sardines again in a few days I'm having it with nothing questionable whatsoever, probably just the sardines and rice cuz the rice was the perfect combo.
I need to get a few cans. I like sardines. Can't believe I never thought to get any.
Mega cheap too, $0.88 per can sardines in water at WalMart!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean I think that's a great price. I don't like the idea of sardines in oil although I did get a few cans of those too, the olive oil kind. I try to make sure I don't get anything with soybean oil, what an atrocity.
They were delicious man, for real.
Always make sure to consume the oil in ANY canned fish you eat.
That's where all the omega 3's will be - leeched out into the oil.

DragonBeeferFish
