Walken seemed mega old here, and this was in 2009. He's over a decade younger than my grandma.

Weird, sure. The guy is definitely strange.
But it's not icky creepy kinda strange, he just has a sort of avant garde essence about him.
What I've come to realize about him is that he's not even necessarily a "great" actor...
He's a great character.
He seems very humble. Are evil peeps humble? Fuckin' not really.
10:22 he actually tells the whole entire secret to doing a good impression of him right there though. People laughed, but... I mean, that's legitimately the secret.
You can tell it's his legit body language rather than contrived because he pulses it... he bounces his fingers together.
