Anybody else feel sick in the sun??

Woozy
You guys know I love Sol.

On a personal level.

From the heart.

I used to literally be IN LOVE with Sol and look at pictures of him every day on SOHO...

https://sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov/data/rea...mages.html

But it doesn't change the fact that I've always felt sick in the sun.

I'm not talking about heat either.

Simply being in the sunlight, especially directly, and especially when it gets in my eyes...

Makes me feel so sick.

It's this deep feeling of sickness that just comes over every fiber of my being and I can't stand it for more than 10 minutes or so before I just have to get out of it.

I've tried looking into what the hell causes it, or what it's called.

The only thing I can find is basically "photosensitivity" which is a sensitivity to light in general.

I can't say that I agree with that, I mean, bright lights don't bother me that much.

I think fluorescent lights and blue tinted light is a hellish scourge, which I've well documented my feelings on: https://www.sectual.com/thread-6876.html

But blueish toned light doesn't make me feel sick as much as it just really pisses me off and disgusts me. I can't stand for it to hit my body.

No type of light really makes me feel absolutely sick like sunlight does though. Wish I knew the reason or what it's called... but I just can't find any info.

All I find is stuff about itchy skin or rashes when exposed to the sun...

I have zero actual skin reactions, it's not about that.

I guess the closest way to describe it would be nausea.

But it's not really nausea, although it can turn into something pretty close if I'm in it too long.

Again, nothing to do with heat.

It's like...

A type of nausea that effects my entire body.

Do you sneeze when you look at the sun and/or catch a fair amount of glare? Maybe that would be a good thing. The sun magnetism is likely stirring up your bodily fluids?

No, there are no type of reactions like that.

The sun is definitely stirring something up whenever it touches us, it's definitely magnetism.

But why would it make me feel so sick??

I've never (ever in my life) had that much exposure to the sun.

Maybe that's why?

Maybe if I had been outdoors a lot as a kid, I would have been used to it and it would never make me feel sick.

I mean I guess that would probably have something to do with it.

Is it something I could get past though?

Would I want to??

Man...

I dunno. It just doesn't feel good at all. Not at all.

And the sun is intensely damaging to my skin.

I've talked about that before too:

https://www.sectual.com/thread-16021.html

I just really don't think I'm meant to be in it.

That's pretty strange. You think it could in any way be psychosomatic?
Only times I've ever felt sick in the sun was when I was suuuper hungover.

Gaaah, my twenties were rough, lol.   No Way

Sneezing draws toxins from the body so maybe try looking directly at the sun for longer spells. I’ve found using a colloidal silver nasal spray works too.

Black pepper is cheaper. AND can be used on cloudy days, ha!

No, I don't think so. When I'm outside, I'm doing whatever... the sun or feeling sick in it is not on my mind. I start feeling sick, and it's only after that I realize what's going on.

I actually have sun gazed quite a bit when it's on the horizon and diffuse...

I generally do it with my eyes closed. 80% of the time closed, 20% of the time open.

Holy shit.

Just so you know.

Like you didn’t already.

You gotta look up at the sun around midday.

Doesn’t have to be directly.

Just catch some glare in your fucked up vision.

Doesn’t have to be for long.

Just enough to leverage a sneeze.

And presto now you need a tissue.
