Yeah Goats milk is good but if you buy it commercially its still Pasteurized(heated up) but not Homogenized.
Goats feta is harder to get than cows and more expensive but better even taste is better let alone health wise.
Goats meat is kinda expensive in the west unless you find some Muslim Butcher.
I can get it here but I gotta go into the hoods.

Listen Fung, since you're an expert about the best way to do everything...

Why don't you just get all the food and come and help me eat it.

Feed it to me the right way.

Make sure it's cooked the right way.

Just do it all the right way and go ahead and give it to me Fung.

God, seriously.

Never again.

I would accept mo barfing in my mouth and enjoying   finishing her meal  if we. can then proceed to make crime babies together and live in New Mexico on a large swath of land   that has   good minerals underneath .  I could become anorexic. with you sweet doll as a supporting dude  , but we need to stay super busy in our laboratories making the cartels  orders . you will love my  soft tacos and farmers breakfast    and  my curiosity   and my warm big hands all over yer   body .

that's sounds wonderful miss mo . I want to make it sexy and fun and weird . I promise to not make you out to be a monster . I feel inspired to begin thinking about writing you a good story with shocking elements but many sweet sweet Jane type recovery from the massacres moments . not sure about happy endings but at least ones where our love is majestic.

there will be fast food and fast women and hobos that need rescuing which give us a break from each other .

I pretty much like you , a lot ... so no lack of inspiration . do you ever get manic mo where upon you might need to be tied down ? I better just try forming a good plot

In Tuna there is higher amounts of this than in herrings.
EHA: Eicosapentaenoic acid
DHA: Docosahexaenoic acid
They are supposed to be good for you, Omega 3 marine triglycerides.
But they don't agree with everyone and interact with certain medications.

There is also MCT oil which is quickly absorbed instead of hanging around in your stomach and making you feel sick.
Just a thought.

And if you already know all this, THEN FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK ITTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Judge Judy Disgust

After Fukishima it's probably not advisable to eat any fish from the pacific
or any other big ass body of water unless it's the smaller, short-life varieties
like mackerel or sardines. They're not in the water long enough to take on
as many toxins as most tuna or salmon.
