Did you camp, stay in motels/hotels, or with friends/family?

I have been to Utah a few times before to ski, but have never been there in the summer. I definitely noticed the Mormon presence.

New Mexico is lovely, I agree!! MO are you going to move there??

I got a couple hotels in Colorado but that was it...

I slept in the vehicle and prefer it to hotel rooms.

It is very comfortable and I do not need all the facilities.

I find it very easy to live without the running water and the other trappings.

The only thing that matters re: vehicle dwelling is temperature. Anything above 80 isn’t comfortable for sleeping... if it’s too hot, I will not allow myself to lose consciousness. So you see, it’s about finding the right temperature/locale.

Did you modify it or just sleep on the back seat? That is ok if you are small.
My car I used to take the bottom back seat out it came out with clips.
And put the back seats down opening to the trunk, and fit a single foam matress, so my head was like where the back seat is the legs in the trunk.
It was quite comfortable for weekends.
Better than the back seat where I had to put my feet up or out the window.

There’s a legit bed in my car.

More comfortable than the one I sleep on at home.

Yeah I’m like 5’4” so I fit easy.

I think living in houses is the wrong thing to do.

Feels wrong.

You are right if you know how to chase the climate. Living in houses sucks I mean you are living on a peice of land, in a box.
What is the difference to living on many peices of land in a box? Not much.
