AI Computer Generated CGI Videos & Facemapping With Apps Like Snapchat

This video and the subject matter encompassed...

As well as the info on this thread...

Go to show exactly why using apps like Snapchat and uploading your pics to platforms like FB who openly use facial recognition software on everything you upload is a BAD IDEA.

Here's a thread detailing why Snapchat is so bad re: facial mapping...

They make you MAP your OWN DAMN FACE in order to use their stupid filters. You willingly give your face over to their database for them to do with as they please.

You pair that with this whole CGI 'videoshopping' thing where they can put you in any video under any circumstances... and you add in the DNA databases:

Well, it's a recipe for disaster. With this kind of info they can frame ANYONE who has submitted their facial mapping and who has sent in their DNA.

They can clone people. They can do all kinds of untold evil with this shit.

We literally can't trust anything we see anymore re: video. Can't even trust that people really are guilty when their DNA is 'found' at a crime scene.

state ID / passport pictures for front shots. criminals get the profile shot as well. networked CCTV footage for the body mapping. they've been storing blood from newborns since 1972 iirc, so they've had our DNA all along. it's possible to provide a system a DNA sample and it will `render` the entire body.

a great lawyer could get you out of DNA evidence already, it's been synthesized and planted in israeli cases.

makes me want to finish my dystopian armor. asymmetric hairstyle. face paint designed to thwart facial recognition software. embedded IR LEDs to dazzle CCTVs. [also makes you look like a ghost/angel on CCTV footage, it's pretty awesome.] strategic padding to disrupt body recognition and provide some safety. shoes that appear to match yet leave different shoeprints. [ideally two lefts or two rights of different sizes and patterns.]

it would work against the tech, though you'd look like an anime gypsy clown to real eyes.

i had an idea about altered images and video... to create a blockchain of images and video from compatible devices. the chain could verify that an image is the original taken from a device. video is just too damn big for this, and images probably are as well. you'd have to pay with the chain's tokens to `upload` otherwise it'd be full of nonsense... and eventually illegal shit. maybe some sort of hybrid system where the chain holds metadata and checksums about the media while the media itself is hosted on another site that works in tandem with the chain. it'd be easier to develop something like this for the police than general consumers.
