On some video I was watching about her afterward, someone left a comment basically saying that had Taylor stayed in the country music genre, she would have had a strong fanbase that would have supported her til she was "100 years old"... but that instead, since she chose pop over country, she would be too old and totally irrelevant in the genre within a few years. They were saying that all these politicized moves she's been making lately are nails in the coffin of her career, and she should have chosen to stay within the country genre, and its ideals.
Well, they're right. Taylor is almost 30, "ancient" to many teens. She's going through the inevitable bodily changes which come along with that increasing age. She's clearly run into some issues over the past few years, and she's obviously chosen not only to sell out and do anything she can to rake in that $$$... but she's fervently touting the commie agenda du jour to maximize profits and power. Sadly, she's doing all this within a failing, dying old guard paradigm. The internet is the future... but if you look at the video I posted above, it's easy to see she has zero concept of how to relate to the internet, how to appear natural on the internet, etc. It's all just a total fail. She chose a dying system to sign herself into slavery for, and it's really too bad for her.
Of course it's also being said that she wants to break into hollywood now (again, a totally dying construct), and the only way to do that is to appeal to the Chinese communists since they literally own all the movie studios etc. (since at least 2014).
Anyway...

It goes far beyond the fact that Taylor Swift could have reached near immortal status like Dolly Parton if she had stayed within country music... though that is true, the issue here is a lot bigger.
What's happening with Tay Swizzle is a lot like what they did with Miley Cyrus...
They started off by parading her around as the innocent Hannah Montana, getting scores and scores of young girls to look up to her as a role model. Then they slowly degraded her music over the years into some of the most disturbingly trashy insanity we've ever seen in pop culture. In turn, that activated those hoards of then adult women who had grown up on "Hannah Montana" to turn into total whores basically.
So even the most wholesome girls who used to love Taylor Swift will be impacted by her current disgusting, sad sellout activities. It will affect them. It will shape their political opinions.
And this impact is the SOLE PURPOSE of celebrities these days...
