I gotta tell you, this whole step ladder routine is about the most fun thing ever...

I'd recommend it to all chicks.

I mean dudes could do it too, but it's kinda girly.

This is what I like to do (inspired by figure skating because I love watching figure skaters!) and it feels SOOOOO good.

Obviously the benefit of the step ladder is that it has handles so you can lean against those and it's totally safe, you're not gonna fall or anything.

You can even sorta do pushups using the handles, again, very lightweight girly style "working out" but fun and interesting version of exercise for me at least.

I just hate repetitive stuff... repetition exercises make me so sad.

Besides... I think those kinda workouts are for men, they're masculine.

Ladies should do more feminine exercises, like all types of dancing and yoga and other things that potentially look pretty.

You can get up there, strike that pose and do the range of motion for each leg...

It feels AMAZING and you can tell it's really doing something.

Like...

As opposed to sitting on your ass.
