They want energy efficiency ...farts are currently wasteful

I submit a proposal to install a giant vacuum system hooked up to all dwelings. In each home a suction buttcup could be used to vacuum all household farts into the central vaccuum that could run under the streets to power generation facilities where they are lit up. The average person emits 20 a day however i believe it could be as much as 100.
