With all this that's going on in the world, one would think there would be some very interesting ones appearing!

They're just not "popular" anymore.

You'd probably have to go to a crop circle specific info source in order to get crop circle updates.

They were all the rage 15-20 years ago, not so much now.

If they have suddenly stopped being produced though, that's a pretty clear sign they were being done by a particular group.
