Humanity as a whole will get set back under a dictatorship. It's likely our space goals wouldn't even be effectively met before another dark age was set into motion.

If Vitalik were fattened up considerably, he would be far more physically attractive. Doesn't really matter though, as long as he's in good health when he makes sperm donations, it's all good. The women can raise his babies on a good diet and make sure they're not too thin.
