If there's one thing I'd hope in all this...
I just hope Elon is operating on his own behalf.
I hope he really is just some wildly successful rogue madman who is now exacting his personal agenda on the world.
I'd much rather this be the case than to think he's a glorified puppet of the existing control system, cuz that's not hot.

I do think back to Elon's astrology chart though... it was pretty martyry. That's why I hope he at least lives for my whole lifetime too because I don't want to see how they will use this infrastructure after he dies. Humans can live to 120 so he should try it. He will need to invent some anti-aging stuff though because quality of life matters and if he's mega old, he's gonna have to turn control over to someone else anyway.
But what if he transfers his consciousness into a robot or something, and then he dies but the robot/avatar is still around and is the antichrist?!?!?!

I like him most of the time, and sometimes I dislike him.
I haven't done the math on it, but I probably like him 70% of the time and dislike him 30% of the time. Not bad.
